EDJ Services are committed to maintaining the safety of you and our staff and request the following is read in its entirety. 

As EPCs and many of our services are legally required for all rental properties and to sell a property we are still able to complete assessments when the following conditions are met. Our assessors wear no longer face coverings as standard however we carry face coverings should you wish us to wear one. We also do not need to touch anything in the property, when the following conditions are met:

1.  If you or anyone in your household is self isolating or showing any symptoms, please let us know ASAP using the contact form at the bottom of this page. We can discuss if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
2. The assessment takes around 10/20 minutes and our assessors shouldn’t need you to do anything once they arrive. Prior to our arrival and if possible, please prepare access to the loft space, boiler, hot water cylinder and gas & electricity meters.
3. Please open all room doors and open cupboard doors where utility meters and heating systems are located.
4. If you have a loft space, please arrange access if you are able to. Don’t worry too much, as our assessors carry extendable ladders and torches.
