  2. We confirm the slot

    You'll get a confirmed date and a 1–2 hour arrival window, with a text reminder on the day.

  3. The visit

    We carry out the survey or testing on site — most visits take 20–60 minutes depending on the service.

  4. Report delivered

    Your report or certificate is emailed to you — typically the same day.
