How to Pay Using QuickFile
Receive Your Invoice
After your service is completed, you'll receive an email invoice from QuickFile with your certificate details and payment amount.
Click "Pay Now"
Open the email and click the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to our secure payment portal hosted by QuickFile.
Enter Payment Details
Enter your card details on the secure payment page. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Receive Confirmation
Once payment is processed, you'll receive instant confirmation and your EPC certificate will be released immediately.

Late Payment

- Service suspended for overdue accounts
Refund Policy
- Full refund if survey cannot be completed
- No refund for completed assessments
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Payment FAQs
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice, which is sent immediately after your service is completed. Trade account holders have 14-day payment terms.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes, we can send a pro-forma invoice if you need to pay before the service is carried out. Just let us know when booking.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, trade account holders can provide purchase order numbers which will be referenced on your invoices.
What if I haven't received my invoice?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, all invoices include VAT details and serve as VAT receipts. Trade customers receive full VAT invoices.
What happens if my payment is declined?
You'll receive an email notification and can try again using a different card or payment method. Contact us if you need assistance.
